As a natural consequence of being the school and a doyen in the sector, we also undertake the management and supervision of projects for which we don’t provide design and implementation services. Experience gained by our teams becomes priceless when it comes to consultancy thanks to about 300 projects that we have completed until today in the world’s different geographies including 3 continents, 14 countries and 51 cities.

Under the scope of business management and consultancy: we provide services for the preparation of documentation and specifications, contract and budget supervision and we undertake the interdisciplinary coordination of the project. We supervise the selection of materials and plants, act as a controller for the implementations, prepare maintenance regulations and provide logistic’s management services. We consider a project as if it is our own project, and we know the value of each cent in the budget. We put at your disposal the entire extent of our knowledge and experience to maximize the productivity in both the implementation stage and the long-term maintenance phase.
